Today I found these concert tickets for a show on
1967-02-18 Grace Hall (billed with Eric Burdon & The Animals)
But now the question: in which city was or is Grace Hall located? Someone any ideas?

Most likely: St. Paul / University of St. Thomas / Grace Hall

From the pdf file in the following link, the concert was held on February 18, 1967 at Grace Hall of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

In the first page, there is an article about the ticket reimbursement of the concert.
In the page 10, there is an announce of the concert.

I attended this concert at Lehigh. Eric Burdon was very poorly received by the audience, and, in fact, was booed repeatedly. Simon & Garfunkel scolded the audience for this, but then went on to put on a great show. Those were the days when a relatively small school, like Lehigh (about 3000 students, all male at the time) could afford groups like The Association, The Lovin Spoonful, The Four Tops, Smokey Robinson, and The Fifth Dimension. In 1966/67, The Mitchell Trio appeared and introduced their replacement for Chad Mitchell: an unknown named John Denver.
Thank you for your comment. Ones like these make it more interesting to read. I knew that The Lovin’ Spoonful received bad reviews, mostly because they payed too loud. This one abiut Eric Buron is new to me.
I looked at the Lehigh newspaper (Brown & White) account & it differs from my recollection. It indicates that Simon & Garfunkel appeared before Eric Burdon. That may be, but I clearly remember being scolded by S & G. I think the audience was already impatient because the concert started late – bad weather delayed one or both acts.
Is there a way to scan this review? It makes it – without publishing it on the blog for rights etc – more complete for me. I am still working a much better account for all these concerts.
This is a reply to Tim Engleman’s posts of May 1 and May 2, 2012. My memory of the Animals/S&G concert at Lehigh is that Eric Burdon and the New Animals were supposed to open for Simon and Garfunkel. The Animals were delayed and, as the concert was already late, Simon and Garfunkel volunteered to go on first. When the Animals went on after S&G they played some covers of other artists and the crowd started walking out in large numbers.
Tim Engleman, I seem to remember that the Lovin Spoonful canceled at the last minute their appearance at Lehigh’s Grace Hall and were replaced by Little Anthony and the Imperials.
The Brown and White Vol. 79 No 31 which issued on Feb. 21, 1967 has S&G’s concert report at Lehigh Univ.

Search “Garfunkel” in the pdf file, you’ll see a lot of articles. In page 8,
there is a picture which was taken in the concert.
That is a magnificent addition. I will change the location.
I’m sorry. The volume number should be 78 instead of 79.
