In the Oakland Tribune of August 9th 1964 there is a listing for what will be on the radio that day. Radio Station KFOG had a Hootenanny with ´Art and Paul´. No further information at all. Simon & Garfunkel? Who knows?

I believe there was another folk duo in the early 60’s era who billed themselves as “Art & Paul”
Something in my memory told me that that might be the thing. So you mioght be right. I will have to check more on them!
