1967 Concert Date added

With many thanks to reader Mariana I was able to add a new date to the 1967 listing.

Simon & Garfunkel performed a couple of times in Canada in the ‘early days’. Right from the beginning in 1966 they performed in Winnipeg and even made a TV special of CBC, the Canadian Broadcasting Company. But this 1967 Toronto is a new one.
