While the official site still only mentions the April dates with Wynton Marsalis at the Linclon Center (NYC), about the tour to celebrate 25 years of Gracleand it is silent.
Yet the first 2 dates in Ireleand and England have been confirmed:
July 12 – Dublin – O2 Center
July 15- London – Hyde Park
But in the meantime, these too:

July 24 – Oslo – Spektrum
July 26 – Bergen (Norway) -Koengen
In the article (Irish Times) it is said it will be a month long tour in Europe. The South-African group Ladysmith Black Mambazo will also be joining Paul Simon on stage. The entire album of Graceland will be played during the concert.
