I found some more info on (possible) shows at Campusses in the US:

– 1966/1968 David, CA, University of California, Freeborn Hall

– 1966-12-03 Fordham, NY, Fordham University, Rose Hill Gymnasium
S&G were also interviewed

– 1967 (??) Port City, CANADA, University of New Brunswick, Saint John Armories

there is a strange story to this one as week. It seems that S&G had to be threatened to perform, or face arrest. Byt why is unknown at this moment. They were paid $4.813 to perform during the Winter Carnival.
