1973; Spencer Leigh’s “Paul Simon – Now and then” published

In 1973 Raven Books in the UK, published one of the first, if not the first, biographies of Paul Simon:

“Paul Simon – Now and Then’, written by Spencer Leigh. It was the first book that told the musical career of Mr. Simon. Very little was known at the time about the career, at the time some 20 years old.  And the book has some errors, i.e. like about the recordings made before (!) the Simon & Garfunkel period In 1976 a Supplement was added to the first addition, with additions and corrections. I treasure this book still very much.
