But so far I have not been able to find more from the collaboration Hawker and Simon. Anyone more information?

The Mike Douglas Show (1961–1982)
Episode #5.91
Comedy, Music, Talk-Show | Episode aired 10 January 1966
Janet Blair is co-host. Guests are folk rock duo Simon and Garfunkel
Simon & Garfunkel performed of course their US-hit “The Sound of Silence” unaccompanied.
This performance is unique for the perfomance of “You can tell the world” accompanied by an unknown drummer and bassplayer.
And they ended the show with hit by The Byrds “Mr Tambourine Man”.
Both songs, as far as we know, never heard again during a perfomance.
I thank Corry for her input.
