There is a mistake in your itinerary – the March 31, 1978 date took place at Uihlein Hall in Milwaukee (the listed theatre – The Guthrie is in Minneapolis). Also just a footnote: Leah Kunkel was a member of Art’s touring band and provided supporting vocals. She was the late Mama Cass’s sister and was married to drummer Russ Kunkel at the time.
